Is this HIPAA compliant?

Yes. We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every practice before handling any patient data. Messages are sent via HIPAA-eligible SMS/email infrastructure. We never store PHI beyond what's needed to run the sequence.

Do I need IT or my Dentrix rep to set this up?

No. The first version works off a CSV export you can pull yourself in 90 seconds from any standard Dentrix or Eaglesoft report. No API keys, no IT tickets.

What if a patient replies to the message?
